A ninja photo of my sweet baby sharing her sweets with her sweet puppy in the not so sweetly clean living room:
The sweet orchid given to me by the office for Admin Professionals Day yesterday with a very sweet card:
And a rather odd choice, but fitting:
A dead robin I saw on the side of the road. Brings to mind Matthew 10:29-31:
29Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.
30But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
31Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.
The sweetness of God’s love for us is unsurpassed.
For enough sweetness to get a cavity just looking at it, visit Beth.
You are right about that!
Isn’t it lovely being loved?
Love that verse…even if the picture is disturbing:)
It’s definitely a little disturbing….but I love it. There is something about the uncommon in photos that makes me smile.
Aww Baby Soup looks so cute right there! I hope the redecorating project is coming along nicely!
She was so cutely cuddled up against that mattress. She is SUCH a good sharer.
It’s coming along slowly, but surely. What we need is a weekend where we aren’t doing anything, but that isn’t going to happen for a while. So we’ll just have to keep picking at it instead.
Love the ninja photo! I’m also laughing a bit at your last picture since I passed a dead robin just like that on the way home from school today and wished I had my camera.
It’s amazing how you view things differently when you do or don’t have your camera with you!
I don’t know why, but I kind of like the robin picture. It reminds me of some dutch paintings at the museum. They were very realistic even in the depiction of dead birds and such.
Oh yes! I agree. The glimpses of real life, the good and the bad.
Sparrows are one of my favorite birds. Absolute favorites.
I would love to be able to listen to them, hear what they are saying and know what they are thinking. They are so neat!
